$50 Rest for a Weary Animal at the Chinchali Fair

Animal Rahat – an organisation supported by PETA – is changing the lives of countless working animals in India, including the bullocks and horses straining to pull overloaded, poorly balanced carts for hundreds of kilometres to and from the Chinchali Fair. These and other animals often suffer from untreated wounds, neglect, and even beatings. Your gift to PETA's projects supporting Animal Rahat will help the group give working animals some relief from their misery, including by operating rest camps for overworked, exhausted animals forced to travel long distances to the festival.
