Rush an Emergency Care Package

As the crisis in Ukraine intensifies, animals urgently need our help. Countless dogs, cats, and other animals are struggling to survive as fighting spreads and people are forced to flee – leaving them behind. Dogs are chained, horses are locked in barns, and animals are trapped under rubble, injured, and starving. Please send a desperately needed emergency care package through PETA’s Global Compassion Fund to help rescue as many animals as possible in Ukraine and elsewhere.

How can an emergency relief package change an animal’s life?

Teams supported by PETA’s Global Compassion Fund are helping animals in areas devastated by war, natural disasters, and other tragedies right now. Your relief package will boost their critical work, providing them with the resources needed to deliver life-saving veterinary care, food, supplies, and other necessities in regions where animals may have no other hope.

PETA-supported rescuers found Butch cowering in the ruins of Bakhmut, Ukraine – a city devastated by relentless shelling. He was emaciated, covered with mange, and too terrified to move. Butch desperately needed help.

The rescue team brought Butch back to their clinic in Kharkiv and, thanks to the support of PETA’s Global Compassion Fund, nursed him back to health. At first, Butch was afraid of everything, but with steady care, the traumatised dog learned to trust – and play – again.

Rescuing Animals from the Front Lines

When heavy artillery strikes devastated the city of Toretsk, Ukraine, PETA-supported rescuers rushed to the front lines to save animals caught in the crossfire.

Dogs were crying for help; cats were hiding in the ruins of destroyed houses, and other animals couldn’t stop shaking in terror. Thanks to generous donors, Animal Rescue Kharkiv (supported by PETA’s Global Compassion Fund) was able to rescue 135 animals in just 72 hours.

Your support makes this life-changing work possible. Will you rush an emergency relief package right now and provide care for more animals?
