PETA's Donation Refund Policy

In the event that a donation is made to PETA via PETA.org.au as a result of fraud or misuse or in the event of accidental duplicate transactions, PETA will refund the donation amount electronically back to the same card that was used to make the original transaction, provided the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. Please contact us stating the details you gave when you made the donation and the date and time.

If you become aware that your card has been used fraudulently, please contact your card provider.

Fundraising Terms and Conditions 

If you are planning an event to benefit PETA Australia, please take note of the types of support that PETA Australia can and cannot offer, review PETA Australia's fundraising event guidelines and create an account on the PETA fundraisers page at least 45 days prior to your event so that it can be reviewed. Please note that only those events that meet specific criteria and that legitimately and genuinely benefit PETA Australia will be approved. 

If your event requires additional support from PETA Australia (such as the types shown below), you must e-mail Info@peta.org.au. A representative will respond in time for your event to let you know whether the use of PETA Australia's name and materials will be authorised for your event. If you want to use PETA Australia's name in promotional materials to be published or distributed prior to the event, please allow ample advance time for a response regarding those materials as well.
